The INLPTA seal is to be used only on official INLPTA certificates awarded to those who have meet the INLPTA accreditation requirements for NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Trainer and Master Trainer status as conducted by a registered INLPTA NLP Trainer or Master Trainer.

As an INLPTA trainer you can order numbered seals and certificates.

You can order seals through the INLPTA coordinator for your country, if there is one.

Worldwide the price for seals is 15 Euros (including the numbered seal and the certificate) or us$20. This price may vary depending on your country and there is a two tier structure for third world countries

The certificates have different colours for different levels: green=diploma, blue=practitioner, red=master, coach = brown, trainer= orange/gold and text in English worldwide, the text is providing the dates of beginning and end, the number of days and hours as live on-site and as synchronous online hours this is used worldwide the same.

Please use separate forms for each accreditation level (Diploma, Practitioner, Master-Practitioner, Practitioner Coach, Master Coach,  Trainer or APL (advanced prior learning upgrade, ). Thank you.

the order is always a numbered seal in combination with a blank certificate paper in the right color. 

About self printing:

We stopped doing the printing more than 10 years ago because there were so many changes, 

like some names printed differently, or academic titles or different dates because of testing delay, etc.

so we decided it is easier to let the trainer / institute print it out, because they can ask and correct the certificate on site and be spontaneous directly if necessary. The celebration mood is reduced, when you have to hand out a certificate with a name spelled wrong or wrong data on it, so it has to be redone. We want to avoid that. 

Normally the Trainers have the text form necessary, if not: check - text form - on the order form.

We recommend to use the print text form and adjust the text and the borders of the text, than print on a white paper first DinA4, lay it over a blank certificate and hold it against a strong light to see through - and check if everything of the printing fits. If it is not in the middle, or borders do not fit adjust the text file. 

Than if everything looks good, use the blank certificates to print them out. Than you sign all the certificates

The seals are very sticky and should be carefully put on the lower right side just before you hand out the certifictes to the student.

Things can happen

If you can foresee who will be certified and come to the exam, you print the certificates.

If you misprint the name, text or anything on the certificate - extra blank certificates can be ordered.

In the event of illness, the certificate that has already been printed is used.

If someone has to be certified later due to an interruption or postponement, the new data is used.

If someone decides not to be certified and the certificate has not yet been printed, the blank certificate and seal can be used for the next training course.

If the certificate is already printed, you misprint the name, text or anything on the certificate, or someone does not come to the exam and does not want to later, you can order blank certificates for €2.

Any stick-on seals can be cut out and re-glued, or new ones can be ordered for the usual fee.

If an INLPTA member is at a location or situation where printing is difficult or impossible,

 we do offer the print service for an extra fee on demand only.

Also extra blank certificate paper in the different colours can be ordered separately for 2€ a piece.

The INLPTA seal logo is to be used only on marketing materials that pertain to specific NLP accreditation trainings that meet INLPTA accreditation standards. Alongside the INLPTA logo, the following wording is deemed to be appropriate for publication:

“This training is conducted in accordance with the quality standards set by the International NLP Trainer’s Association”

If the INLPTA member logo is to be used on brochures, advertisements, etc. that encompass other trainings that are not based on the INLPTA accreditation standards and requirements, it must not be misleading to the public as to which trainings are INLPTA recognized and which are not.

The INLPTA member logo can be used on the business cards and letterhead of current registered INLPTA NLP Trainers and Master Trainers with the following wording:

“Registered INLPTA NLP Trainer” or

“Registered INLPTA NLP Master Trainer”
